Build momentum. Month after month.
Good B2B marketing does not stop when the strategy is finished.
It needs a consistent operating rhythm that turns expertise into content, content into activation, and activity into learning.
ENZYME’s Ongoing B2B Services are designed for companies that need focused, reliable monthly execution — without turning everything into an open-ended agency retainer.
Each service has a defined role, a fixed monthly fee, a published production capacity and clear boundaries. Nothing accumulates, nothing rolls over, and nothing quietly expands.
Choose the operating model that matches what you need to keep moving.

B2B Growth Content Catalyst
Activate Your Content. Build Momentum.
- Investment
- €3,700 + VAT
- Initial engagement
- 3 months
- Capacity
- 45 hours / month
- Scope
- 1 theme, 1 segment
Producing good B2B content consistently is difficult when every article, post, email or sales asset becomes a separate project.
B2B Growth Content Catalyst turns your company’s expertise, priorities and knowledge into a structured monthly content programme. One commercially relevant direction becomes a connected set of content that can support marketing, sales and buyer engagement throughout the month.
It is not a high-volume content factory. It is a focused production system designed to keep useful B2B content moving — consistently and with purpose.
Strong fit for: B2B companies that already have a usable strategic direction and valuable internal expertise, but need a reliable content-production rhythm.
What to expect
This is a production system, not a strategy service. It assumes you already know what you stand for; if you do not, that work comes first. The quality of the output depends on the monthly expert interview — where that input is thin, the content gets generic, and the market notices. We will tell you when it is happening rather than quietly filling the month.
What’s included — every month
- Monthly content direction, planning and theme lock.
- SME knowledge capture: a 45-minute expert interview, within up to 2 hours of client-facing extraction.
- 1 anchor content asset, 1,200–1,500 words, or an agreed equivalent at the same effort level.
- 2 derivative assets, 350–500 words each, drawn from the same research.
- 6 LinkedIn posts: 5 company, 1 executive post approved personally by the executive.
- 1 email or newsletter, written into your existing template.
- 2 template-led visuals.
- 1 written-and-designed sales one-pager per quarter.
- Editorial QA and a short monthly review.
- 2 consolidated revision rounds on the anchor, 1 on everything else.
Standard scope: one company or brand, one solution focus, one buyer segment, one market, one primary language, up to two standing content pillars.
What’s not included
- Publishing, scheduling, community management or channel operations. These stay with you.
- Paid media and campaign management.
- Landing-page production.
- Full content architecture or repositioning. Direction comes before the Catalyst, not inside it.
- CRM and marketing automation.
- Advanced creative or video production.
- A dedicated executive ghostwriting programme — that is Executive Voice.
- White papers, independent research, surveys or interviews with your customers.
- A second interview in the month, or a second approver.
- Any promise of leads, pipeline or attribution.
Unused capacity does not roll over. Once the monthly theme is locked, a change of direction is billable — revision rounds correct execution inside the approved direction, they do not reopen it. Additional markets, languages, solution families or substantial new production requirements are scoped separately.
B2B Dynamic System
Keep Your Marketing Moving Forward.
- Investment
- €5,900 + VAT
- Initial engagement
- 6 months
- Capacity
- 72 hours / month
- Media spend
- Paid by you, up to €5,000
Sometimes content production alone is not enough. You need content, campaigns, paid media, creative, conversion activity and AI Search visibility to work together rather than as separate initiatives.
B2B Dynamic System brings these into one connected monthly execution model, built around a single approved theme and one solution focus — helping your team create, activate, measure and improve within one operating system.
Its real value is ownership of the whole path. When content, campaign and landing page sit with different suppliers, weak results produce an argument rather than a decision.
Strong fit for: B2B marketing teams that need more than content production and want several execution disciplines working together around one monthly direction.
What to expect
The System executes a direction; it does not create positioning. It needs your own Google Ads, LinkedIn, GA4, GTM and CMS access before activation begins, and a written media budget each month. Media is paid by you directly to the platforms and never passes through an ENZYME invoice. Reporting shows what the data shows — where measurement is missing, the review records it as not available, never as zero.
What’s included — every month
- 1 pillar asset, 1,500–2,000 words, which becomes the month’s research base.
- 2 derivatives, 350–500 words each, plus 2 supporting assets up to one page each.
- 6 company LinkedIn posts and 1 newsletter.
- 6 template-led creative adaptations.
- 1 light short-video edit, 30–45 seconds, from footage you supply.
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads management, for media up to €5,000 per month.
- 1 landing page per quarter, within your existing CMS or template.
- Limited recurring AI Search/GEO activity: 25 tracked queries across up to 4 surfaces, plus 1 page or schema action per month.
- 1 monthly performance review from available data.
- Up to 60 minutes of expert input per month.
- 2 revision rounds on the pillar and the landing page, 1 on everything else.
- Onboarding included in month one.
Standard scope: one market, one language, one solution family, one ICP, one monthly theme, one approver.
What’s not included
- Executive ghostwriting — that is Executive Voice.
- Substantial original filming, bespoke creative production or motion graphics.
- A full AI Search/GEO diagnostic or broad remediation — that is Ichnos Sprint.
- Custom website development, replatforming or advanced CRO programmes.
- CRM implementation, marketing automation or advanced attribution.
- SDR or outbound execution, list buying, or sales process redesign.
- A third paid platform, or media above €5,000 per month.
- Additional markets, languages, solution families or themes within the standard scope.
- Any guarantee of leads, meetings, rankings or pipeline outcomes.
Media spend, specialist platforms and other third-party costs are separate. Unused deliverables do not accumulate. A second theme or solution family is a re-scope rather than an extra month, and media above €5,000 for two consecutive months triggers repricing.
Executive Voice
Shape the Idea. Make It Stand Out.
- Investment
- €2,500 + VAT
- Initial engagement
- 6 months
- Capacity
- 32 hours / month
- Setup
- Voice Foundation, €2,100
Your senior people often hold some of the most valuable knowledge in the business. The challenge is rarely a lack of ideas. It is finding the time, structure and editorial discipline to turn those ideas into a consistent and credible executive presence.
Executive Voice transforms genuine expertise, experience and point of view into publish-ready thought leadership. The objective is not to manufacture a personal brand. It is to help an executive develop and express ideas worth following — consistently and authentically.
Every factual claim, figure, customer reference and personal story is logged with its source and the date the executive approved it. A claim that is not in that register is not published.
Strong fit for: CEOs, founders, country managers, commercial leaders, technical leaders and partners whose expertise can strengthen authority, trust and senior-level conversations.
What to expect
The hours do not buy volume. They buy research, interview preparation, writing in a voice that is recognisably yours, and the approval discipline that makes it safe to publish. If the executive’s input is missing in a given month, we do not fill the gap with generic posts — generic content under a named executive damages that executive, and the industry recognises it immediately. The Voice Foundation runs once, before the first monthly cycle; it is what allows month one to sound like you rather than like an agency.
What’s included — every month
- 1 executive input session of 45–60 minutes, or an agreed asynchronous equivalent.
- 4 LinkedIn posts.
- 1 long-form thought-leadership asset, 600–800 words.
- 4 template-led executive visuals.
- A maintained register of approved claims, each with its source and approval date.
- A publish-ready package and content calendar.
- 1 monthly visibility and engagement review, and the next topic.
- 2 consolidated revision rounds on the long-form piece, 1 on posts and visuals.
Voice Foundation, once before month one: executive voice profile and sample language, point-of-view principles including the topics the executive will not comment on, editorial territories and the first two topics, LinkedIn profile optimisation, a four-layout visual template set, and the approval workflow. Standard scope: one executive, one primary language.
What’s not included
- Daily social-media management, comment replies, DM management, networking or outreach.
- Access to the personal account. ENZYME never logs in; we deliver publish-ready content and a calendar.
- Independently produced company-page content — that is the Growth Content Catalyst.
- PR, media relations or speeches.
- Video production.
- A second executive, a second language or a second channel.
- A second interview in the same month, or interviews with the executive’s colleagues or customers.
- A new visual identity.
- Paid campaigns, lead generation or pipeline attribution.
Personal stories, opinions and experiences are always grounded in genuine executive input. ENZYME does not invent personal viewpoints or experiences on an executive’s behalf. Unused posts and capacity do not accumulate, and legal or marketing review never replaces the executive’s own sign-off.
Need to extend the system?
Add specialist capability when the need calls for it.
Not every additional requirement needs another monthly retainer. Sometimes the core programme is already right, but the business needs more creative production capacity or sharper content direction.
These two services extend the system where needed — without becoming unnecessary ongoing retainers. Neither carries a published price, because what it costs depends on what the programme beside it already covers.
Creative Studio
Turn Strategy into Creative Impact.
Once the direction and message are clear, the challenge often becomes production. Campaign assets need adapting, paid-media creative needs refreshing, video footage needs turning into useful content — and internal teams do not always have the capacity to keep up.
Creative Studio provides focused creative and light-video production around approved strategy, messaging and source material. It extends an existing ENZYME programme with production capacity. It does not add another strategy retainer.
Best used when the strategy, content direction and core messaging already exist, but execution needs additional creative capacity. Available alongside an active Growth Content Catalyst, and it runs for as long as the Catalyst does.
What can be included
- 2 short videos a month, 30–45 seconds, edited from client-supplied footage.
- 8 template-led static and campaign assets.
- 2 ad creative sets, with the digital formats and aspect ratios they need.
- Creative adaptations of approved assets.
- Subtitles and supporting microcopy within the agreed production scope.
Every output starts from a brief that is already approved — the Studio executes direction, it does not create it. Photography, original video production and other specialist requirements are scoped separately.
What’s not included
- New brand or visual identity development.
- Campaign strategy from scratch.
- Complex motion graphics or animation.
- Extensive sound design, voiceover production or advanced video post-production.
- Original filming and specialist production crews.
- Paid-media management, social publishing or community management.
B2B Axis
Fewer Themes. Sharper Content.
More content themes do not create more impact. When teams try to talk about too many things at once, content becomes fragmented, priorities become unclear and production starts driving strategy instead of supporting it.
B2B Axis provides focused quarterly content direction — helping your organisation concentrate on fewer, stronger themes that connect business priorities, buyer interests and content production. Rather than becoming another recurring programme, it provides the directional layer that makes existing content activity more focused and commercially relevant.
Best used when your organisation already produces content — in-house or through another supplier — but needs sharper thematic priorities for the next quarter. It also works as the entry route into a monthly programme. Clients already on the Catalyst or the Dynamic System do not need it: rolling quarterly direction sits inside their monthly capacity.
What can be included
- Triage of up to 25 existing content assets.
- One 90-minute working session with your team.
- Two to three content axes for the quarter.
- Three monthly themes.
- A ranked shortlist of eight content pieces.
- The first monthly brief, ready to hand to a production cycle.
The precise scope is defined in the B2B Axis Data Sheet.
What’s not included
- A monthly content-production retainer.
- A full content architecture engagement.
- A complete GTM diagnostic.
- A substitute for ongoing execution.
Content production, creative development, paid activation and broader strategic work are handled through the appropriate ENZYME service where required.
Need a deeper GTM diagnosis?
When the challenge goes beyond a single marketing activity.
Sometimes the issue is bigger than content, creative or monthly execution. When leadership needs a broader view of how strategy, positioning, buyers, demand, sales alignment, data and execution capability work together, a deeper diagnostic is the better starting point.
B2B Navigator 360
The Complete Picture. A Clearer Way Forward.
Growth friction rarely sits neatly inside one marketing activity. It can emerge from positioning, buyer understanding, content and messaging, demand generation, marketing and sales alignment, data and marketing operations — or from the way these elements interact.
B2B Navigator 360 provides an extended view of the GTM system, helping leadership understand where the most important friction sits, how the different issues connect and what should change next. It is designed for more complex situations where a focused diagnostic is not enough.
Best used when the challenge is cross-functional, the causes are not yet clear, or leadership needs a broader evidence-based view before committing to significant change. Released on qualification rather than on request, and no price is published — it is the wrong engagement for most companies, and we would rather say so in the first conversation than after the invoice.
What can be included
- Up to two related business units under a shared go-to-market frame.
- Assessment across the core GTM dimensions, plus two selected deep dives.
- Four stakeholder interviews, including two sales roles.
- Expanded competitor benchmarking.
- Marketing–sales alignment and data/process assessment.
- An AI search sample of 18 prompts across four surfaces.
- A 30–36 page report with its assessment workbook.
- A six-month roadmap with the first 90 days in depth.
- A three-hour workshop and a two-hour board readout.
The complete scope and engagement requirements are in the B2B Navigator 360 Data Sheet.
What’s not included
- Campaign execution or content production.
- CRM implementation or website development.
- Full content architecture.
- Specialist AI Search/GEO implementation.
B2B Navigator 360 is a diagnostic and directional engagement, not an ongoing outsourced marketing service. Execution requirements are separately scoped through the appropriate ENZYME service.
Not sure where to start?
Start with what needs to change.
If you need to produce useful B2B content consistently, start with B2B Growth Content Catalyst.
If you need content, activation and conversion working together, explore B2B Dynamic System.
If the priority is developing the voice and visibility of a senior leader, look at Executive Voice.
If your ongoing programme needs additional creative production, Creative Studio can extend it.
If your content needs fewer themes and sharper quarterly direction, B2B Axis can provide the focus.
And if the challenge is broader — spanning several parts of your GTM system — B2B Navigator 360 provides the deeper diagnostic needed to see the complete picture.
The objective is not more activity. It is the right system for what needs to move forward.
Before you commit
Can we start without a diagnostic?
Yes, if your positioning, ICP and content priorities are already documented. If they are not, the readiness check will show it and we will route you to the right starting point. We would rather lose a month at the start than deliver six months of content built on an unclear proposition.
What do you need from us each month?
One named approver who returns consolidated feedback within five working days, and the expert input session. That input is the raw material of all three services; without it the output becomes generic. Where feedback arrives late the schedule moves rather than the quality dropping.
What happens when something falls outside the monthly scope?
It gets quoted before it gets done. Capacity is a ceiling, not a target, and unused capacity does not roll into next month — that is what keeps the fee stable. A cap waived once as a favour becomes the expectation next time, so we price it or we decline it.
What are the commitments and payment terms?
Three months for the Catalyst, six for the Dynamic System and Executive Voice, then monthly renewal with 30 days’ notice. Monthly invoicing. Media on the Dynamic System is paid by you directly to the platforms and never appears on an ENZYME invoice. Exact terms are in each data sheet.
Tell us what needs to keep moving.
Describe what is already happening in the business and what keeps failing to happen. We will tell you which service fits, which one does not, and whether something should come before it.
