Focused B2B Services

The right intervention. At the right moment.

Not every B2B challenge needs a major transformation project or a long-term retainer.

Sometimes you need to understand where the problem really is. Sometimes you need to improve one specific part of your marketing — your GTM, your visibility in AI Search, your content architecture, or an important B2B event.

ENZYME’s focused services are designed for exactly these situations: a clear business challenge, a defined scope, tangible deliverables and a practical next step.

Each one carries a fixed fee, a fixed duration and a published list of what it does not do. You can read that list before you sign, not after.

AI Search & GEO

Ichnos Sprint

Build a Stronger Footprint in AI Search.

Delivery
6 weeks + day 90
Investment
€4,500 + VAT
Baseline
15 questions, 3 surfaces
Pages improved
Up to 6

B2B buyers no longer rely on traditional search alone. Increasingly, they ask AI-powered search environments about problems, solutions, vendors and alternatives — and a shortlist forms before anyone reaches your website.

Ichnos Sprint examines, through a controlled methodology, how your company is surfaced, described and supported by evidence in AI-assisted discovery — and turns those findings into practical improvements across priority areas of your digital presence.

It goes beyond a visibility report by connecting measurement, technical accessibility, content and entity clarity, and implementation-ready actions. Where we hold CMS permissions we publish the agreed changes; where we do not, you receive the same work as a version-controlled change pack. On day 90 the same test set runs again as a comparison point.

Strong fit for: B2B companies with an established website and a clearly defined solution that want to understand — and improve — how they are represented in emerging AI Search environments.

What to expect

Be careful of anyone who promises otherwise: nobody can guarantee mentions, positions, frequency or sentiment inside third-party AI systems. The day-90 recheck is a comparison point on a fixed test set, not statistical proof of causation. What we commit to is the measurement discipline, the changes themselves, and an honest reading of what moved and what did not.

What’s included
  • One brand, one domain, one market, one primary language, one solution family, one primary ICP.
  • A controlled AI Search visibility baseline: 15 defined buyer questions across 3 AI and search environments in 2 controlled rounds — up to 90 logged observations.
  • Competitor and citation context: up to 5 competitors, with up to 3 priority citation domains each.
  • Technical accessibility checks across up to 10 priority URLs.
  • Focused deep review of up to 5 high-value pages.
  • Content & Entity Gap Mapping.
  • Improvement of up to 6 existing pages — around 300 net-new words each, up to 3 FAQ or definition blocks, up to 3 internal links, one revision round per page.
  • Technical Action Pack for anything we cannot implement directly.
  • AI Search Opportunity & Action Workbook, 90-day roadmap and executive workshop.
  • Day-90 re-measurement on the same protocol, included.
What’s not included
  • Guaranteed AI mentions, citations, rankings or sentiment.
  • A full technical SEO audit.
  • Website development, new templates, visual redesign, custom components, migration or replatforming. No designer is allocated to this Sprint.
  • Extensive digital PR or link building.
  • Full content production, or new pages beyond the six existing ones improved.
  • CRM or marketing automation work.
  • Ongoing AI visibility monitoring after the Sprint closes.
  • A new query set at day 90 — the recheck deliberately reuses the original one.
  • Unlimited markets, languages, pages or solution families.
  • A free visibility report before the engagement starts.

Implementation work identified during the Sprint is scoped separately where required. Quarterly re-measurement, an expanded query set, a deeper competitor study, an additional page bundle and a second language are available as pre-quoted extensions.

Event-Led Demand Program

Demand Moment

Turn Attention into Demand.

Delivery
4–6 weeks
Investment
€3,700 + VAT
Attendance
Up to 40, up to 5h
Format
1 of 4

A B2B event does not have to be large to matter. It needs the right audience, the right topic, a clear commercial next step and disciplined execution.

Demand Moment is ENZYME’s productised Event-in-a-Box service for a focused, client-hosted physical B2B event. Choose from a defined format — an Executive Roundtable, Technical Seminar, Solution Briefing or Partner Breakfast — and ENZYME provides the framework to take it from concept and promotion through event coordination and post-event follow-up.

Nothing is designed from a blank page. That is what keeps the timeline, the fee and the quality predictable — and it is why the second event costs you less effort than the first.

Strong fit for: B2B companies that want to activate a focused physical event without building an entire event-production operation from scratch.

What to expect

The deliverable is not the event. It is the recorded evidence of what followed — who registered, who came, who came from your target accounts, and who asked for a meeting. We do not guarantee attendees, meetings, opportunities or revenue. Attendance depends on the quality of your contact list and the strength of the reason to attend; we control the second, not the first, and if the list is weak you will hear it in week three rather than on the day.

What’s included
  • One event from one of the four defined formats, with controlled attendance of up to 40 guests and duration of up to 5 hours.
  • Event Concept & Brief, with the commercial objective and measurement frame agreed up front.
  • Agenda and Run of Show.
  • Supplier coordination and quote collection.
  • Registration copy and setup within an existing platform or template, plus confirmation email and calendar invite.
  • Event Marketing Kit: one invitation email, two LinkedIn posts and two reminder emails, against up to 50 contacts from your own list.
  • Presentation deck shell of up to 15 slides — you supply the speaker content.
  • Registration tracking with an early shortfall alert.
  • Defined on-site ENZYME coordination: one coordinator for up to 6 hours, within the metro area.
  • Post-event follow-up within 48 hours plus one takeaway asset.
  • Performance Snapshot within 10 working days.
  • Up to two consolidated revision rounds per asset.
What’s not included
  • Venue, catering, AV, printing and other third-party supplier costs. These are quoted separately from the ENZYME service fee and never absorbed into it.
  • Webinars and hybrid events.
  • Fully bespoke event concepts outside the defined formats, and large-scale conferences.
  • Custom registration development, event apps or complex CRM and automation integration.
  • Multiple venues, markets, languages or event days.
  • Venue sourcing visits and site inspections.
  • Writing speaker content or building slide content.
  • Hosting, facilitating, moderating or presenting on the day.
  • Paid promotion of the invitation, outbound calling, or list purchase and enrichment.
  • Nurture sequences beyond the single follow-up, CRM entry, lead routing or attribution modelling.
  • Extensive travel, accommodation outside the metro area, or a second coordinator.

Photography, video production and other enhanced production requirements can be scoped separately, several at fixed prices. Where ENZYME administers supplier costs, a handling fee applies.

Content & Messaging Architecture

B2B Content Architect

Build Content Around What Matters.

Delivery
~6 weeks
Investment
€18,200 + VAT
Perimeter
1 ICP, 1 market
Horizon
12 months

The problem is often not that a B2B company produces too little content. It is that its website, thought leadership, sales materials, campaigns and product messaging do not work together as one system around the buyer.

B2B Content Architect is a diagnostic and strategy sprint that connects company knowledge, existing content, buyer needs, sales friction, messaging and a focused AI/Search baseline into a practical Content & Messaging Architecture for the next 12 months.

It refuses to accept a claim until three streams agree: what you have already published, what buyers and your own sales team report, and what the market shows. Where they disagree, the disagreement is the finding.

Strong fit for: B2B organisations with an established body of content and multiple marketing and sales needs that require architecture and prioritisation before investing further in production.

What to expect

This engagement decides. It does not produce. The five briefs are strategic documents, not finished assets — that boundary is the reason the fee holds and the timeline is real. Expect to nominate a single approver with authority to settle positioning, and to be shown which of your current claims have no evidence behind them.

What’s included
  • One business unit, solution family, ICP, market, domain and language.
  • Content inventory of up to 50 assets and qualitative assessment of up to 25 priority assets, each scored against eight criteria with a band and a recommended action.
  • Up to 4 stakeholder interviews of 45 minutes — leadership, product and sales all count against the same four.
  • Focused review of up to 3 competitors.
  • Compact AI/Search baseline: up to 12 buyer queries across 3 environments, dated.
  • Buyer journey mapping: up to 3 roles across up to 8 stages, in one shared matrix.
  • GTM and sales friction mapping, including review of up to 5 existing sales assets.
  • Messaging Architecture: core proposition, role-specific angles, up to 3 content pillars and a proof map.
  • Up to 15 prioritised content opportunities.
  • 5 production-ready strategic content briefs.
  • 12-month strategic sequencing roadmap.
  • Content & Messaging Blueprint and companion Workbook.
  • Validation workshop of up to 3 hours and executive readout of up to 90 minutes.
  • Two consolidated revision rounds on the blueprint, one on the briefs.
What’s not included
  • This is not a content-production package or an execution retainer.
  • Production of articles, designed assets, video or photography. Publishing anything.
  • Website redesign or development, art direction, visual identity, naming or tone-of-voice systems.
  • Full SEO/GEO auditing, technical implementation, or recurring AI monitoring and re-measurement.
  • Marketing automation setup, campaign production or sales deck production.
  • A full 12-month editorial calendar with finished copy and fixed publishing dates, or committed media budgets.
  • Customer research, surveys, focus groups, win-loss programmes or message testing with real buyers.
  • A second language, market, business unit or solution family, or a fourth buyer role. These re-quote the whole engagement rather than acting as add-ons.
  • A second workshop, a second readout, or retained advisory afterwards.

Not sure which service you need?

Start with the business question, not the service.

You do not need to know in advance which ENZYME service is the right one.

B2B Content Architect is the more comprehensive intervention

The objective is not to sell you more service than you need. It is to identify the right intervention for the problem you need to solve.

Before you get in touch

Can we meet first?

Yes. The first conversation is a short fit discussion — enough to understand the commercial situation, the timing and whether the right people will be available. It is a practical conversation, not an unpaid consulting session. If none of the four fits, we will say so.

What do you need from us?

One named owner with authority to approve, materials and access within an agreed window, the interviews booked, and consolidated feedback rather than a trickle of individual replies. None of it is a heavy time commitment. All of it has to be real. Where inputs arrive late the delivery date moves; we do not compress the later phases to absorb it.

What happens when something falls outside the scope?

It gets quoted before it gets done. That is the whole point of publishing the limits. A cap waived once as a favour becomes the expectation next time, so we price it or we decline it — we do not absorb it quietly and send a larger invoice later.

Do you provide references?

Most of this work is confidential: it involves commercial performance, internal alignment, sales weaknesses and growth plans, which is not material clients want circulated to prospects. We can share credentials and case examples where appropriate. Confidentiality matters to us here because it will matter when we work with you.

What are the typical payment terms?

For the sprints, typically half at kickoff and half at delivery. Demand Moment works to an advance and a balance on completion, with third-party supplier costs pre-funded and invoiced separately. Exact terms are in each service sheet.

Tell us what you’re trying to solve.

Describe what is actually happening in the business. We will tell you which of the four applies — or whether none of them does.

Defined scope.Written limits.Work you can plan around.
