Discover the possibilities of ‘demonstrate and connect!’
Retail Interior Branding
HP operates in more than 170 countries around the world by applying new thinking and ideas to create simpler, valuable and trusted experiences with technology, continuously improving the way people live and work. HP has been refreshing its business approach to vertical markets and large enterprises. The need to demonstrate the new HP technologies was calling for a dedicated area.
Inspired by the customer needs, these specific demonstration premises were built to accommodate a fleet of the latest HP Computing & Printing solutions.
The goal of the new facility was described as follows: “to educate, inspire and demonstrate to partners and customers the new opportunities made possible by HP’s technology solutions”. HP’s main concern was to create value to its customers by presenting solutions for their IT needs based on HP products.
The new facility spanned a nice 120 square meters store to give customers one-stop access to the full set of HP computing, printing and solutions portfolio, providing a space for connection with experts to share their own best creative and technical practices.
Involving partners, attendees and users
Housed in the Northern suburbs of Athens, nearby HP premises in Chalandri, the new Solution Center was built to serve as a sales hub and best-in-class training facility for HP Partners, SMB and Enterprise customers and prospects throughout Greece and Cyprus.
Partners and customers have the opportunity to benchmark and conduct end-to-end application testings. They are also able to try new technologies, and get inspired by other professionals and projects in a real-world production environment. Furthermore, users are able to take advantage of an on-campus training center, where they can further hone skills related to computing and printing and quicken the ROI for HP solutions.
For the grand opening, Katia Nikitaidou, HP PPS Greece/Cyprus Managing Director, highlighted HP´s latest technologies in computing and printing and explained HP’s strategy to lead the future of technology.
Each set of products was strategically placed after extensive analysis of the client requirements, covering the needs of every visitor. An interactive touchscreen system presenting HP product solutions invited people to engage with its content and support the brand’s advanced technology offering.
A multi-dimensional goal
The interior, designed by architect Yiannis Tsanaklidis, is reminiscent of an exhibition, demonstration and experience area combined with a working office environment. This mixed-use space illustrated the rich computing and printing portfolio of HP with elegant objects, furniture and inspiring graphics while at the 1st floor a meeting area was created. This area at the Solution Center can be also used to host various training seminars, open houses and demonstration days for a broad audience, including customers and prospects, dealers, distributors, HP staff members and journalists.
Enzyme delivered a ready to operate Solutions Center in a short period of 2 months before the Grand Opening. While taking the positive feedback of partners, media and users for the functionality, aesthetics and operational zones, Enzyme welcomed 7 significant events, hosting large Greek enterprises and important executives of vertical markets along with a press conference event at the first operating quarter of HP Solution Center.
