Junior Performance Specialist (LinkedIn & Google Platforms)
If you are a talented Performance Specialist with a passion for digital B2B marketing, and technology products/services with a teamwork spirit who is looking to deliver effective work and growth strategies for/to our clients then you might be the perfect candidate for the job and we want to hear what you ‘ve done in the digital marketing /communication or Performance Marketing field over the past 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Create, plan, execute, optimize and monitor PPC campaigns mainly in channels such as Google Search, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn and secondarily Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Manage, prioritize and handle multiple small campaigns simultaneously
- Contribute, create and execute project work plans and marketing proposals/campaigns and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Set up and optimize Google Analytics goals
- Measure, refine, report and assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns, (ROI and KPIs)
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize the campaigns with performance results in mind
- Allocate budgets and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Collaborate with internal account and creative teams to develop digital strategies, fresh and innovative ideas, new business projects and plans to support our clients’ objectives
- Assist with new business plans and preparation of presentation & strategy to approach clients and grow agency business
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance
Qualifications
- Required working experience: 2 years prior experience in a similar role, Paid SoMe, either Paid Search or SEO is essential. Experience in an advertising/ media/ digital or performance marketing agency setting.
- Familiar with Paid Social (LinkedIn and Google platforms). experience with more media channels is desirable.
- Familiarity with B2B platforms and other tools like HubSpot will be considered a plus.
- A proven track-record in managing demanding projects, generating campaign ideas and thinking creatively
- BA or BSc in Communications, Advertising, Marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional command of the Greek and English language, as well as oral, editing and writing skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills with high attention to details
- Multitasking with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of marketing performance KPI’s and metrics
- Strong team player skills and mindset of continuous learning

B2B Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Build and grow client relationships by managing day-to-day campaigns and client interaction
- Contribute, create and execute project work plans and marketing proposals/campaigns and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements (create comprehensive creative briefs, track reports, hours, costs, expenses, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project)
- Manage, prioritize and handle multiple small campaigns simultaneously
- Assist with new business plans and preparation of presentation & strategy to approach clients
- Actively support top level client servicing and assist at all aspects of major events
Qualifications
- Required working experience: 2-3 years minimum of previous marketing agency professional experience (advertising/ digital / creative agency)
- BA or BSc in Marketing, Communications, Advertising
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of the Greek and English language, as well as oral, editing and writing skills

The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, managing -handling- monitoring of campaigns and marketing activities. Contributes both to the design, planning, monitoring and management, implementation, completion of the planned actions/campaigns. His responsibilities will include the active support of Account Managers in customer service, active participation in the organization of events and on-site management of events as well as participation in brainstorm meetings to find effective ways of communicating on behalf of customers as well as support in various coordination tasks, such as providing reports, etc.
You will be part of a team of Enzyme designers, developers, copywriters, strategic consultants and other account managers who will support you with outstanding work and a desire to deliver the best results possible.
